STORY

The NAE Darco Piñatex Sandal is proof that well-crafted footwear need not be harmful to the environment or the people who make them. Handcrafted in Portugal in a fair work environment, these handsome sandals are made entirely of eco-friendly, animal-free materials. The upper is made of piñatex, an ingenious material derived from pineapple leaves, and lined with soft, OEKO-TEX®  STANDARD 100 microfiber that’s certified free from harmful substances. The comfortable and supportive footbed is crafted of cork and rubber latex, and the sole is sourced from upcycled car tires. Finished with handsome nickel-free buckles.
